Zuzanna Wojtkowska

She specializes in commercial and business law, with experience in company formation, corporate services, and reorganization processes.

On a daily basis, she prepares and reviews commercial contracts, provides legal advisory services in the field of corporate law, and participates in M&A projects. As part of her cooperation with SWGK, she has advised clients on matters related to family foundations, labour law, and AML regulations.

She also has experience in public administration and non-governmental organizations, including serving as President of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Poznań. She continuously expands her knowledge and skills with an interdisciplinary approach. In her academic work, she analyzed issues related to beneficial ownership registers. She is a laureate of the “Tax Leaders” competition organized by the Polish Ministry of Finance and the author of a master’s thesis awarded first place in the competition for the best diploma thesis organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

She is a trainee attorney-at-law (legal advisor trainee) at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań and a graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
