Sebastian Bednarczyk
Tax Specialist, Tax Advisor, LawyerA specialist in tax advisory, focusing primarily on income tax projects (both CIT and PIT). His expertise includes tax planning and innovation-related tax reliefs, such as IP BOX, R&D relief, and robotization relief.
He has extensive experience in tax planning and restructuring projects, including those involving Estonian CIT and family foundations, covering corporate transformations, mergers, and share transactions.
He has successfully delivered numerous projects supporting innovative and growing companies, particularly in the area of implementing tax incentives such as R&D relief, IP BOX, prototype relief, and robotization relief. His work involves R&D process mapping, preparation of required documentation, and tax refund procedures related to the application of these reliefs.
Additionally, he assists clients during tax and customs audits as well as verification procedures, and has experience representing clients before administrative courts in tax matters.
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Faculty of Law. Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (registration no. 14644).
