Paweł Kusiak

He is an expert in accounting (holding a professional qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance), financial reporting (in accordance with the Accounting Act, IAS, US GAAP, and HB II), and payroll calculation, complemented by experience in designing and implementing financial IT systems.

At SWGK, he leads the outsourcing department. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting of Enterprises. His professional experience includes serving as a Chief Accountant in international corporations and a long-standing career at the so-called Big Four firms (Andersen, Deloitte), where he was responsible for establishing and developing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) lines.

He has executed numerous projects aimed at improving financial and accounting structures and has overseen the implementation of intra-group financial and management reporting solutions in multinational corporations. At Deloitte, he also led internal programs within the leadership school, preparing employees from across Europe to assume managerial positions within organizational structures.
