Patryk Rąk

He specializes in transfer pricing and the development of IT tools supporting financial analyses and business process optimization. His focus lies in integrating technology with finance, developing applications for business valuation, reporting automation, as well as data analysis and processing.

He has extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, and providing advisory services on the compliance of intra-group transactions with applicable regulations. He also specializes in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, modeling intra-group settlements, and assessing risks related to value transfers within capital groups.

He is actively expanding his expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in business process automation and data analytics. He holds certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Copilot for Productivity, and has completed numerous courses related to capital markets and investment analysis. He also earned the Investment Foundations Certificate awarded by the CFA Institute.
In addition, he develops his technological competencies, having completed courses in SQL and Python, with a focus on their practical application.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Finance, specializing in Corporate Investment and Financial Strategies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Finance, Audit and Taxation, both from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He also completed postgraduate studies – CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting at the same university.
