Mikołaj Zimny

An expert in commercial and corporate law, with extensive experience in company formation, ongoing legal advisory, and restructuring processes, including divisions, transformations, and mergers of entities.

He has participated in numerous prestigious M&A projects. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, his daily work includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, coordinating business transactions, and providing legal advisory services in the broad area of corporate law. Over the course of his professional career, he has also developed expertise in family foundations, labor law, AML compliance, and copyright law.

He has been with SWGK since 2019 and currently serves as a Junior Manager, leading the corporate advisory team.

In 2024, he completed his legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. He also holds the prestigious TOLES certificate in legal English.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, completing both the Law and Law and Economics programs (the latter co-organized with the Poznań University of Economics and Business). As part of his academic work, he analyzed the liability of management board members within corporate groups.
