Kamila Kuczyńska

She is a specialist in accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/IAS and the Polish Accounting Act. She has over 11 years of experience working with large enterprises, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) and NewConnect. Since 2018, she has been with SWGK, where she currently serves as the Head of the Accounting Team.

In her professional work, she is particularly involved in projects requiring process improvements and the implementation of solutions that automate accounting workflows. She enjoys taking on challenges in the manufacturing and e-commerce sectors, where dynamic changes and the specific nature of clients’ businesses inspire her to find new, efficient solutions. In her daily work, she emphasizes direct and open communication with clients, believing it is key to building lasting partnerships and achieving shared goals.

She is a graduate of WSB Merito University in Poznań, where she earned a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Accounting and Financial Auditing. She also holds a Chief Accountant Certificate awarded by the Polish Association of Accountants.
