Dariusz Sarnowski

Expert in audit and business consulting services. Created structures for audit entities and tools to support the audit and financial reporting process. Participated in numerous projects in the field of financial accounting, restructuring, business plans, business valuations, capital transactions, including M&A and issuance of shares of companies on the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and New Connect.

Founder and Partner of Sarnowski & Wisniewski Spółka Audytorka Sp. z o.o. (currently SWGK). Currently serves as a Member of the Management Board of companies in the SWGK Group, Member of Supervisory Boards, including companies listed on the WSE [Warsaw Stock Exchange].He is a certified auditor with the number 10200. For many years he has been providing training and lectures, including mandatory training for certified auditors within the framework of the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors. Former lecturer in the Department of Investment and Capital Markets at the Poznań University of Economics

Darek was awarded an honorary decoration by the Chapter of Decoration of the Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors. At the invitation of the Minister of Finance, he participated in the work on the National Accounting Standards. Thanks to his experience and authorizations, he performed ownership tasks as a member of Supervisory Boards in, among others, Brok-Strzelec S.A. or Inea S.A. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, with a specialization in business management.
