Jagoda Gołębiewska

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Faculty of Law and Administration – postgraduate studies in Fiscal and Economic Criminal Law, Poznan University of Economics, Faculty of Management, specialization in Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises. She also completed doctoral studies at the Poznań University of Economics.

She is an experienced and qualified specialist in the services of the audit and consulting area. She has participated in numerous projects in the area of financial and management accounting, including those supporting the ownership decision-making process. In addition, she has extensive experience in economic and transactional consulting services, including due diligence and business valuations, as well as financial modeling to optimize corporate finances. Her extensive experience also includes the area of transfer pricing in particular: group settlement planning, development and implementation of transfer pricing policies, as well as advice on double taxation avoidance and restructuring regulations.

She coordinates projects of an individual nature for Polish and foreign entities, also in cooperation with academics and industry advisors.
